Rooms (Church Camp 2026)

When choosing a room, please consider the following:

• Number of occupants per room
• Adults: age 13 and above
• Children: (Child’s age is calculated as of 17 June 2026)
• Age 6–12 years
• Age 0–5 years
• Decide on your requirements for each room:
• Number of beds (e.g. king bed, single beds)
• Type of beds (existing beds or extra roll-on beds)
• Number of toilets in the room
• You may also choose more than one room type. Simply repeat the same process above when selecting each additional room type.

(Example: a family can book one larger room and one smaller room to suit their group configuration and preferred budget.)

Note:

• The apartments have a living room area.
• The Studio Deluxe does not.

Do not make payment immediately. 

You will receive an invoice with the final payment amount after we have confirmed your room details with you.

Wait for the invoice before making payment.

• If any changes are required, a revised invoice will be issued to you first. Kindly make payment only after receiving the correct invoice, to ensure all details are in order. 
• Payment for your room(s) can be made first to secure your room booking. Transport costs will be confirmed later, once we have the final number of participants, and payment for transport will be collected at that stage.
• The payment details will be in the invoice. Note that payment is not to the church general fund.

• Indicate your interest as soon as possible (preferably before 31 Dec 2025) to reserve your preferred room(s) quickly to avoid disappointment.
• Payment completes and confirms your room registration. Any changes must be done by 1 May 2026.
• Room/bed preferences subject to availability upon confirmation.
